The Regulations on the Use of the Logo Are as Follows:

  • IAS retains ownership of all certificates it issues. When required, the certificates must be returned to IAS.
  • Certificate holders must prevent any fraudulent or misleading references to the IAS certification system, as well as certificate or mark misuse.
  • IAS Registered Companies Logo is given under license to those client companies who have obtained certification by IAS after successful assessment to the applicable standard.
  • Where the IAS Registration Certificate has been granted by an accreditation body, the Accreditation Body's logo should be used in conjunction with the Registered company's logo, as needed.

CERTIFICATION LOGO OF IAS

Integrated Assessment Services Pvt Ltd Registered Companies may use the logo on stationery and publicity materials that are relevant to the firm's registration scope. Brochures, product cards, and advertising are all examples of this. The mark shall not be used on laboratory test reports, calibration and inspection certificates, or directly on the goods or packaging, whether secondary or primary, implying that anyone particular product has been authorized. When utilizing the logo, it is also necessary to specify the Certificate Registration number.

The logo may only be reproduced in a single color which is unlimited, but then it has to match the existing preprinted stationery, brochures, letterheads, or other promotional materials of the Company.

ACCREDITATION LOGO

The Accreditation Logo is only permitted to be used in conjunction with the IAS Registered firm's logo and may only be utilized for stationery, publications, and other written promotional materials. The Accreditation Logo cannot be used on goods or packaging, as well as visiting cards. The PMS Reflex Blue & PMS (45) RED indicated with the artwork enclosed is used to confirm with the main color of existing preprinted stationery, brochures, letterheads, or other promotional material.

The Accreditation Logo should not be used in such a manner as to imply that the Accreditation Body or government organization has certified or approved the operations of the Company, nor in any other way that may mislead.

The Certification Body/Accreditation logo may be reduced or enlarged to a uniform size of 25 mm, but it cannot be smaller than that.

If an approved certificate holder fails to comply with these standards or uses the logos in a fraudulent manner, IAS has the right to withdraw or cancel its certificate.

Such activity might include requests for correction and corrective action, suspension, withdrawal of certification, publication of the violation, and, if necessary, legal action.
